Does an ADHD Coach Help?
The ADHD coach/client relationship is one of collaboration. I am your thinking partner to help you achieve your goals by asking the right questions and giving you a safe space in which to reflect and answer.
Each session you bring a topic to the table and we work through it together to reach your desired outcome. The process encourages reflection, offers the opportunity to learn more about ADHD, and is always pointed in a forward direction with actionable steps to take away and try out between sessions.
What changes would you like to see? How do you want to show up in the world? What obstacles do you want to overcome?
The attention is on you, the whole person - your mind, body, and soul. My goal as a coach is to help you become energized and aware in all of these areas.
