ADHD COACHING &
ADHD COACHING FOR WRITERS
I offer collaborative, strengths-based ADHD coaching for adults and older teens. I'll guide you to develop strategies that meet your unique needs. You'll learn how to calm down overwhelm, understand motivation and productivity, and better manage your time and energy.
How do I get started with ADHD coaching?
About Me
I'm Kirsten, an ADDCA trained ADHD Coach who understands the challenges (and advantages!) of a neurodiverse brain. I know that you are creative, have an overload of amazing ideas, don't quite get 'time', and really want to crack the productivity code.
When you work with me, you'll have 'aha moments' that will change the way you approach your life. You'll realize that you do have strengths, you are a creative problem solver, and your path is waiting to be cleared.

"I have been trying to write my book for YEARS and after just a few seasons with
Kirsten I no longer feel like I am drowning in the process and I have direction! I am excited to finally write this book with her coaching!"
Mia T.
"I came to Kirsten after being diagnosed in my late 40s. Through my sessions with her I realized that I have spent so much time and energy in my life trying to do things in a way that wasn't compatible with my brain. It was exhausting. Now I know myself so much better. She taught me how to work with my strengths. I highly recommend working with Kirsten!

"I am self-employed and work from home and I was desperate to find a way to be more productive. Through my work with Kirsten I no longer strive for consistency but instead I create strategies that accommodate my energy levels, my interest in a project, and my constant distract by new ideas. She really helps you go deep and find your blocks, whether they are emotional or mental."
What does an ADHD coach help me with?
- Creating strategies that work for an ADHD brain in order to be more productive
- Understanding ADHD fatigue
- Progress not perfection
- Help you understand that consistency is not what you need to strive for
- Managing emotional overwhelm
- The order isn't always 1, 2, 3
The world, for the most part, is designed for and by neurotypicals ... but it's okay to not fit in the square boxes they build.
Actually, many ADHDers expend most of their energy trying to do things they aren't good at in order to fit in, and they spend very little time doing things they enjoy, that they are good at, and that give them energy.
I am here to help you change that!
My coaching philosophy
Coaching is a journey. You will leave one place behind (a way of thinking or doing) and arrive at another place (a new way of thinking or doing). I believe that everyone has things they are good at, accomplishments in their life, and ways of learning that are best suited to the way their brain works. When I coach, we explore these things. We discover them if they feel hidden. We unravel, unearth, observe, recall and reflect. Most importantly, I will invite you to imagine what is possible and guide you in that direction.
